• All food products are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
  
• Once an order is dispatched or delivered, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
  
• In case of receiving a wrong or damaged item, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  - Proof such as images/videos of the product and packaging will be required.
  - After review, we may offer a replacement if the issue is valid.
